One-to-One Counselling and Psychotherapy for Individuals

Sessions for individuals provide a safe place for you to look into what really matters to you in a way that ordinary life does not often provide.

Our therapists are independent of your friends, workmates and family, so we are much more able to be impartial. Sessions take place in a comfortable private premises with no disturbances (and no institutional waiting-rooms.) Your confidentiality is important to us. Click on privacy for more information.

All our practitioners have undergone extensive training and have many years of practical experience. We use our best efforts to make sure you get what you need from your one-to-one counselling sessions.

The appointment time and the length of the session is decided in advance, so you can be sure the practitioner is there to focus on you at that time.

The length of  one-to-one counselling sessions for women:

Some WTL therapists offer fifty minute sessions, some an hour, and some an hour and ten minutes.

Arranging convenient appointment times:

We understand that most women are trying to fit a lot into their lives, and we do our best to offer convenient appointments.

Some of our practitioners can offer weekday day-times and weekday evenings, and some practitioners are also able to offer weekend appointments. Be sure to tell us what could work for you.

The cost of one-to-one counselling sessions:

Our policy is to make counselling affordable to a wide range of women. Our charges are deliberately kept moderate. Most of our practitioners use a 'Sliding-Scale' of charges which adjusts to each womans' financial circumstances. (Proof of income is not required.) We can also offer some concessionary rates.

To find out how much you would pay, please contact us, or click on fees for more information.
